Reception desk was friendly, air conditioner working properly. Location is a bit far from city center where there are restaurants and cafes (about 20 mins walk), but it is calm thanks to the distance. amenities are a bit mediocre, no soap and conditioner. just liquide soap and shampoo/body gel together.

A much-needed, restful night. A quick swim in the pool was a real treat! We had dinner, drinks and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Superb modern hotel located a short flat walk into the centre - the staff were super friendly and professional - secure parking - our super comfortable bedroom and all public rooms were spotlessly clean - we had dinner in the restaurant which was very acceptable - Soissons is a lovely town and this hotel is definitely THE place to stay !

Disappointing
Given a smoking room and smaller than booked, then changed. Toilet stained. Restaurant closed on Sundays. Had to order food from outside and was grateful for plates and cutlery from staff who tried hard to please.

We always stay here a few times each year and always leave quite satisfied. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Located in a quiet area in Soissons. 15 minutes by foot from downtown businesses. Nice quiet location to have an after dinner drink with a few appetizers. Three charging stations in underground parking garage for electric vehicles free of charge - very nice perk!

Very comfortable clean hotel on a quite street facing onto the Cathedral right in the centre of Soissons. Large rooms and car parking available for hotel guests. Excellent hotel restaurant is open even on Sunday evenings when many local establishments are closed.

Good hotel with friendly staff however when we came to check out, the drinks and food on room bills were totally wrong . They had added other items on which we had not consumed. It was a total mix up , do not ask them to put charges on your room . We were over an hour late leaving sorting out the additional charges which were not ours .
